If the breed is unknown, a statement from a veterinarian clinic regarding a reasonable estimate of the breed may be required. In addition to prohibited breeds of dogs listed, snakes, reptiles, mice/rodents, arachnids, exotics, and anything poisonous are also prohibited.
  • Other Pets Allowed: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. For 1 pet, a total of $400.00 must be paid ($200.00 non-refundable pet fee and $200.00 deposit.) For two pets, a total of $650.00 must be paid ($325.00 non-refundable pet fee and $325.00 deposit) In addition to the pet deposit and pet fee, there is a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per pet per month.
